A trade mission is an international trip for business owners that is organized with the purpose of exploring international business opportunities and learning about the sales potential of various products with in the given market.

During a trade mission, business contacts, key government officials and suppliers are pointed out so that an interested organization or country can know who to connect to in hopes of doing international business with that specific region. A trade mission is also a good way in which countries or organizations can seek out potential buyers and sellers and also gain knowledge of that nation’s top trading opportunities.

The International Trade Center at the Joseph Center can guide you through this process.
